Ann Hubregsen, a senior design consultant, began working at JLC in 2014. Originally from Pittsford, NY, she graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Design in 1980. Ann continuously educates herself and holds many certifications including Cornell Master Gardener, Senior CNLP, ICPI Interlocking Concrete Paving Institute. She also volunteers for the NYSNLA Region 5 Board.

Ann’s hobbies are gardening, hiking, skiing, and art in many forms. She has Traveled extensively (often to see gardens) in the US, Europe, and South America.
