When we sit down to plan a project with a new client, we focus on three key elements: Functionality, Aesthetics, and Budget.

1. GETTING STARTED: As we get started, we will be exploring three areas: function, aesthetics, and budget. During the site consultation, we’ll discuss your yard’s potential based on your aspirations and goals. Next, we will determine the best possible way to reach these goals while staying comfortably within your budget.

2. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT: Our design consultants will guide you through this conceptual process, adding inspiration and suggestions. We will explore beautiful plants and building materials to help create an outdoor oasis you’ll love. Together we’ll map out a space that is not only fabulous but will add tremendous joy, function, and value to your home.

3. A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: Upon your approval of the conceptual plan, our designer will then prepare a beautiful, detailed scaled master plan showing the final layout of your new living space. A written, fixed bid will then be prepared for your approval before work begins.

4. BREAKING GROUND: Our crews will begin working on your home’s stunning transformation. We’re here for you during this entire process. All work and materials will come with written warranties, and our project manager will monitor installation to ensure a seamless and beautiful completion of your project!
